You will provide provide expert advice on reducing environmental impact, meeting regulatory requirements, and achieving sustainability or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.
Requirements:

Background in consultancy or energy advisory.

Knowledge of carbon markets & ESG frameworks.

Excellent communication skills.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Advisory
-
Develop sustainability strategies aligned with client goals (net zero, ESG targets, circular economy).

Advise on carbon reduction, renewable energy integration, and resource efficiency.

Support organizations in aligning with frameworks such as GRI, CDP, TCFD, SBTi, UN SDGs.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting

Conduct carbon footprinting (Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions).

Perform lifecycle assessments (LCAs) of products and services.

Prepare sustainability and ESG reports for stakeholders, regulators, and investors.
3. Compliance & Certification
-
Guide clients through certifications like BREEAM, LEED, WELL, ISO 14001, PAS 2060 (carbon neutrality).

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate disclosure requirements.
4. Project Implementation
-
Recommend and oversee sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, biodiversity strategies).

Support renewable energy procurement (PPAs, RECs, on-site generation).

Work with supply chains to improve sustainability performance.
5. Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal teams, executives, investors, and regulators.

Lead workshops, training, and awareness campaigns.

Manage community engagement or sustainability communications.
6. Innovation & Research
-
Stay updated on emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and legislation.

Benchmark clients against peers and identify opportunities for leadership.
