Job Description
We at PG are seeking experienced and safety-driven Day Toolpushers to oversee drilling operations on the chosen offshore rig. As the senior drilling supervisors, you will be responsible for managing drilling crews, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations and rig floor activities

Manage drilling crews and provide leadership to drillers and assistant drillers

Ensure compliance with company procedures, well programs, and safety regulations

Monitor drilling performance, equipment condition, and operational efficiency

Coordinate with drilling engineers, company representatives, and offshore management

Oversee maintenance of drilling equipment and ensure readiness for operations
Requirements

Extensive drilling experience with progression through rig roles

Previous experience as a Driller or Senior Drilling Supervisor

Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control certification (Supervisor level)

Strong leadership and team management skills

In-depth knowledge of drilling operations and rig equipment

Commitment to HSE standards and safe operations
- Relevant Certifications (For Example BOSIET/FOET & OGUK Medical)
