Job Description
PG are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Assistant Driller to join a capable offshore drilling team. Reporting to the Driller, you will support the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations while supervising the drill crew on shift.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Driller in operating and monitoring drilling equipment and controls

Supervise floor crew during tripping, casing, and drilling operations

Ensure adherence to well control procedures and safety standards

Monitor mud systems, pumps, and drilling parameters

Conduct equipment inspections and report faults promptly

Participate in emergency drills and well control responses
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Derrickman or senior Floorhand preferred

IADC Well Control certification

Strong understanding of drilling operations and rig equipment

Ability to lead and supervise crew members effectively

Commitment to HSE policies and safe systems of work
-
Willingness to work rotational offshore schedules

- ADs with Aker MODU (Semi Sub / Drillship) experience
