Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple data halls.

Lead a team of technicians ensuring 24/7 uptime.

Oversee capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and incident management.

Drive efficiency, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements:

7+ years in data center operations with 3+ in leadership.

Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical infrastructure.

Experience with ITIL, ISO standards, and incident response.

Very strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
