Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Driller to join one of our teams and oversee drilling operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate well drilling. You will operate and maintain drilling equipment, supervise crews, and coordinate with engineers and field personnel to meet operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor drilling rigs and associated equipment.

Supervise and guide drilling crew during all phases of well operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, HSE, and operational standards.

Monitor drilling parameters, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.

Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, equipment usage, and well progress.

Coordinate with engineers and other teams to optimize drilling performance and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- BOSIET / FOET
- CA-EBS
- MIST
- Shoulder measurements
- OGUK Medical
- Valid passport
- Proven experience as a driller in oil, gas, or industrial drilling operations
- Knowledge of drilling equipment, techniques, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
