Job Description
PG Global is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment onboard a specified rig, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with electrical codes.
Requirements:
- B1 OCS Visa
- Valid Electrician License or certification as required by local regulations
- Valid Safety training certifications
- OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification
- NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards
- Additional certifications for specialized fields (industrial, commercial, or high-voltage work) are a plus
Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup

Install electrical wiring, circuits, outlets, and lighting systems.

Set up electrical panels, transformers, and other equipment.

Maintenance & Repairs

Inspect electrical systems for faults or wear.

Repair or replace damaged wiring, components, or devices.

Test electrical systems using multimeters, testers, or other diagnostic tools.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards.

Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
