PG Global is looking for a Floorman to provide essential support on the worksite or rig floor, assisting equipment operators and crew with material handling, setup, and safety to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Requirement:
Floorman
Rigger stage 1 – Preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support

Assist operators and crew in handling, positioning, and moving materials efficiently.

Prepare the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are ready for use.

Material & Equipment Handling

Transport, organize, and secure materials for lifting or installation.

Handle tools and machinery safely, ensuring proper usage and storage.

Safety & Risk Management
-
Follow safety procedures at all times and ensure compliance by team members.

Monitor the worksite for potential hazards and report issues immediately.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

Help maintain equipment and tools in good working order.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from obstructions.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of industrial, offshore, or construction operations.

Physical fitness for lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Awareness of workplace safety standards and procedures.

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
