PG Global is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support a growing multinational business.
Day-to-Day:

Provide 1st & 2nd line support to end-users

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Assist with onboarding and IT setup for new staff

Document solutions and improve helpdesk processes
Core Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Respond to user issues with hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems (in-person, via phone, email, or remote tools).

Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when needed.

System & Network Maintenance
-
Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications.

Ensure workstations, printers, and other devices function properly.
-
Monitor and maintain local networks, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.

What You’ll Bring:
-
Previous IT support experience (1–3 years)
-
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
