PG Global is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support a growing multinational business.

Day-to-Day:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line support to end-users

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Assist with onboarding and IT setup for new staff

  • Document solutions and improve helpdesk processes

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

    • Respond to user issues with hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

    • Diagnose and resolve technical problems (in-person, via phone, email, or remote tools).

    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when needed.

  2. System & Network Maintenance

    • Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications.

    • Ensure workstations, printers, and other devices function properly.

    • Monitor and maintain local networks, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous IT support experience (1–3 years)

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
