PG Global is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a leading FMCG manufacturer.
You will be looked to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across production lines to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Reliability
-
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for production machinery (packaging lines, conveyors, mixers, fillers, labeling machines, etc.).

Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of critical equipment to meet production targets.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation faults quickly.

Breakdown Management

Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of failures.

Document breakdown history and corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization
-
Implement lean maintenance practices such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
-
Suggest design modifications or process improvements to increase machine efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
