Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised Marine Planner to coordinate vessel movements and support offshore logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure marine activities are planned efficiently to support offshore projects while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities:

Plan and organise vessel deployment to support offshore installations

Coordinate marine logistics including equipment delivery and personnel transfers

Communicate with offshore teams, vessel captains, and logistics coordinators

Review operational conditions such as weather forecasts and port availability

Maintain accurate records of vessel schedules and marine activities

Support operational teams with planning updates and logistical solutions
Requirements:

Experience in marine logistics, offshore coordination, or vessel scheduling

Good knowledge of offshore support operations and maritime practices

Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational abilities

Competence using scheduling systems and operational reporting tools

Strong awareness of safety standards within offshore environments
