Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organised Marine Planner to support offshore operations by coordinating vessel movements, logistics, and marine activities. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective marine support for drilling and production assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage vessel schedules and marine activity plans

  • Coordinate supply runs, anchor handling, cargo transfers, and crew changes

  • Liaise with offshore teams, vessel masters, port authorities, and logistics providers

  • Monitor weather conditions and operational constraints

  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company HSE standards

  • Track vessel performance, utilisation, and associated costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marine planning, offshore logistics, or marine coordination

  • Strong understanding of offshore operations and maritime regulations

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in planning systems and reporting tools

  • Strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency
