Job Description
PG Global is seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee safe and efficient vessel operations within our client’s offshore fleet. This role provides vital technical and operational support to ensure vessels comply with company, client, and international maritime standards.
Responsibilities

Monitor daily vessel operations and provide technical support to Masters and Chief Engineers.

Ensure compliance with ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and flag state regulations.

Conduct vessel audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Develop and implement safety management procedures.

Liaise with classification societies, port authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

Support crew training and competency development.
Requirements

Master Mariner (Unlimited) or Chief Engineer CoC (STCW III/2).

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar superintendent or vessel management role.

Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
