Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Motorman to join an accomplished offshore team. The successful candidate will support the engine room department by assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient offshore operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers with maintenance and repair of engines, pumps, and auxiliary machinery
- Monitor engine room equipment and report faults or abnormalities
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery
- Maintain engine room cleanliness and follow housekeeping standards
- Support bunkering, fuel transfers, and mechanical operations as required
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and operational safety activities
Requirements:
- Previous engine room, mechanical, or offshore experience preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding offshore environments
- Commitment to safety and operational standards
