Role Overview

Lead and supervise offshore drilling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.

Coordinate with onshore teams, contractors, and rig personnel.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards.

Manage rig personnel and contractors on-site.

Prepare and review drilling reports.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.

8+ years’ offshore drilling experience.
-
IWCF Well Control Certification.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
