We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee operations and ensure activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with given objectives. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, manage resources, and support the delivery of high-quality onshore services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily offshore operations and ensure operational targets are achieved
- Oversee workforce planning, logistics, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE policies, and industry regulations
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with offshore crews, clients, contractors, and senior management
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates
- Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in offshore operations or operational management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of offshore safety and regulatory standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Minimum 10 years of relevant offshore experience with 5 years in a manager position.
