We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee FPSO operations offshore Canada. This is a leadership role managing production, safety, and crew performance.
Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day offshore production operations.

Manage offshore teams across multiple disciplines.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Drive performance improvements and production efficiency.
Requirements:

10+ years’ offshore oil & gas experience, with FPSO exposure.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Valid offshore certification.
-
Fluent English; Other spoken languages are an advantage.
