Job Description
PG Global is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of a fleet of offshore support vessels. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for technical operations, compliance, and budgetary control, ensuring vessels operate to the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities

Manage the technical and operational performance of assigned vessels.

Lead and support vessel superintendents, ensuring planned maintenance and dry-dock schedules are delivered.

Monitor vessel budgets, procurement, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with ISM Code, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, and flag/class requirements.

Liaise with Masters, Chief Engineers, and crew to resolve technical or operational issues.

Prepare performance reports and advise senior management on fleet condition and improvement strategies.

Drive a strong safety and quality culture across the fleet.
Requirements

Class 1 Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Unlimited).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in vessel management or superintendent role.

Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and compliance frameworks.

Proven leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, authorities, and shipyards.
